Trish Dutton Smalz
Trish was a wonderful wife, homemaker and mother. She was a kind and compassionate person, who prior to being injured on the job, worked as a nurse and phlebotomist. Home was on 10 acres in the California foothills south of Yosemite National Park. Over the last 9 years she did many things, that others only dream about. She traveled through Europe on a motorcycle, went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, cruised on ocean liners, and loved spending time at our condo in Maui. Her “Dream Car” was a 1966 Mustang Convertible, and she is well remembered by many who saw her driving around Oakhurst with the convertible top down. Another favorite past time, was attending antique motorcycle ralleys and touring about in the sidecar of a 1951 Indian Chief motorcycle. Trish was always self conscious about her teeth, so a couple of years ago she got them straightened out, all white and perfect. She accomplished much during her short life, and will be sorely missed by many. Trish is survived by her spouse, two daughters, a grand daughter, her sister, two brothers and mother.
