Donald Telian is an independent Signal Integrity (SI) Consultant, with over 20 years experience in the field. He has originated many SI concepts and tools engineers rely on every day including: IBIS models, reflected-wave switching, dynamic drive specification, hot-board swap, interconnect storage potential, and PCI bus electricals. While at Intel Donald founded and managed the SI group that resolved high-speed issues for 10 desktop PC platforms. At Cadence he was instrumental in the definition and success of the Allegro PCB SI (formerly SPECCTRAQuest) suite of design tools. Donald has directed numerous consulting projects improving SI processes at dozens of high-tech companies around the world.
