As I practice it, Yoga is an ancient path of deep listening and inner peace in the midst of a full and active life. Practicing Yoga brings strength, flexibility, openness, enhanced vitality and an ability to focus in the present. It can also be a transformational path.

Yoga is not an exercise class and a person can begin at any age and with any level of physical conditioning. Yoga meets you where you are, as you are.

The pace is gentle with the focus on the individual developing a personal practice. Whether your goal is stress reduction or aligning your body with your deeper energy and consecration, or both, our practice together will support your inner movement toward greater harmony and balance.
