HALFCIRCLE

Ardha Mandalasana

Start from a kneeling position.

1 - Sweep your right hand overhead and to the left, shifting your weight toward your left as you press your left shin downward, allowing the left hand to drop toward the earth. Allow the right leg to extend.

2 - Press the palm of your left hand downward.

3 - Press the tips of the toes of your extended foot away from your hip, allowing your right leg to extend and adjust to the new position. 

 

4 - Bring up the squeeze and press your pubic bone forward.

5 - Press the crown of your head away from your shoulders.

6 - Expand your chest by pressing out through your chest points.

7 - Press your upper fingertips away from your shoulders.

Hold the posture. Breathe.

Repeat to the opposite side.
