Salute To the Moon

 

1-Stand in Mountain, hands in Prayer position,

2-Breathe arms overhead,
Half-moon to the right and then to the left,

 

3-Sink into Victory Squat, elbows in,

4-Move into Star,
stretch to horizons,

 

 

5-Lean right & drop down into Triangle,
look up towards hand,

6-Bring left arm around into Straight-Legged Runners' Stretch, head down,

7-Bend right leg, knee over the ankle, head up,

8-Hands to floor, rotate to left into a Left Leg Extened Squat,

9-Bring left leg in for Goddess, elbows inside knees, pressing outward, head up,

10-Hands to floor, extend right leg,

11-Rotate to left into Bent-Knee Runners' Stretch, head up,

 

12-Straighten left leg, head down,

13-Lift right arm into Triangle, look up,

 

14-Come up from Triangle into Star, keep pose active,

15-Sink into Victory Squat,

 

16-Raise to standing, do Half-Moon to the left, then to the right,

17-Return to Mountain, hands in Prayer Position.


In this Asana you can flow through it or hold each place for as long as you wish.
