There are three CD's featuring David
Caris as teacher. There are two, labled A & B,
which have different one hour long Yoga sessions.
The third CD has both a 20 minute and a 40 minute Yoga session.
All have detailed instructions which, along with the Asanas pages of this
website,
allow persons of all levels to enjoy the sessions. These CD's, as are all
of
my classes, are gentle and meditative.
Our Tee Shirts feature the POH Yoga logo on the front left and a
large, stylized
rendition of Warrior II on the back. The shirts are black cotton with white
printing and come in sizes XL and XXL for loose fitting comfort.
